Dynamic Precision Manufacturing was established to address the need for tight-tolerance machined components for its parent company, Reliant Systems, Inc. and customers looking for high quality precision machining services. Our vertically integrated model allows for many options as it relates to concept, design, and manufacturing capabilities to provide a complete turnkey product to our customers.

We have made major investments in our equipment that includes state-of-the-art machining centers and metrology instrumentation which gives us a wide range of machining capabilities.

 

History

Dynamic Precision Manufacturing was established in 2015 to support our parent company, Reliant Systems Inc. With vertical integration as our guiding strategic initiative, We have since expanded to service customers within metrology inspection, laser processing, semiconductor inspection, medical & life sciences, additive manufacturing/3D printing, aerospace & defense, optics & photonics, and automotive industries. 

Dynamic Precision Manufacturing remains committed to designing & manufacturing high-quality, tight-tolerance solutions for customers requiring industry-leading specifications. With a devoted team of Manufacturing Engineers, Programmers, Machinists, and Quality Control Technicians, we're positioned to bring your solution from initial concept to real-world application while reducing internal lead time and increasing operational capacity.

Dynamic Precision Manufacturing & Reliant Systems, Inc. relocated operations just north of the Twin Cities metropolitan area in 2019. This state-of-the-art, 40,000-square-foot fully integrated facility houses our production, manufacturing, & inspection capabilities including an 11,000-square-foot manufacturing space and an 11,000-square-foot Class 10,000 cleanroom. With environmental control at the forefront of operational effectiveness, we remain committed to ensuring our team members, equipment, and products enjoy ideal conditions for industry-leading results.

Industrial

Driven by a wide range of customers seeking manufacturing/assembly environments that do not require industry-leading cleanroom facilities, standards, and practices, Reliant Systems, Inc. has expanded into industrial contract manufacturing by opening an 8,000-square-foot facility dedicated to fulfilling customer demands.

Documentation

While exceeding customer requirements and specifications remains our top priority, our Quality Engineer meticulously manages and archives process documentation and inspection results. Any nonconformance is promptly reported and addressed with corrective actions and, upon customer request, we trace all material lots & associated components and provide Certificates of Compliance. Lastly, Dynamic Precision Manufacturing permanently retains all inspection documentation for every job performed, ensuring it is available upon request.

Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

Utilizing state-of-the-art Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), our expert quality technicians and machinists anticipate specification deviations, apply effective solutions, and maintain vigilant quality control throughout every production process.

Whether producing R&D prototypes or high-volume existing designs, we are devoted to providing a seamless experience that results in industry-leading results. Capable of measuring to 1.2um, our CMMs ensure that we not only exceed customer requirements but that we continuously challenge industry standards.

 

Handheld Instruments

To ensure precise measurement and quality control during production, our team employs a Trimos Mestra Touch Height Gauge, Granite Plates, Digital Calipers, Digital Micrometers, and Dial Indicators. With annual calibration from Fox Valley Metrology and daily maintenance to guarantee accuracy and reliability, our machinists have access to essential equipment that consistently communicates every dimension.
